I got the MiniMat because I find myself tapping out during poses that require me to be on my knees. The MiniMat offers an added layer of cushion and helps so much! You can put the MiniMat on top of your mat or underneath for that extra comfort during your practice. This has allowed me to go deeper with my poses and practice. Definitely worth the purchase! And the blue color is gorgeous too!

I got this because I have a hammer toe and need just a little more cushion when I am sitting on my heels, I also used the pad while doing deep lunges, on one knee, and found it to be much more comfortable.
