30 Day Returns
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at kinshe@kinsheyoga.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return authorization code along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If you are returning an item due to a manufacturing defect, damage, or an error on our end, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Manufacturing Defects
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item has a manufacturing defect, we accept returns up to one year from the date of purchase. Please contact us so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lifetime Guarantee
Earthstraps, Earthmats, and Minimats are covered by our Lifetime Guarantee. This guarantee applies to normal, everyday wear and tear resulting from regular personal use.
The Lifetime Guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, alterations, environmental damage, negligence, or use outside of the product’s intended purpose.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and Non Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products such as special orders or personalized items and gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
