Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs inspections, or high-volume shipping periods.
Domestic Shipping
Kinshē Yoga currently offers free shipping on all U.S. orders according to the site’s current promotional banner. Domestic orders generally arrive within 3 to 6 business days after shipment.
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s operations.
International Shipping
Kinshē Yoga offers international shipping to select destinations. International shipping times vary by country and carrier and may take up to 5 weeks, depending on destination, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.
Customers are responsible for making sure that the products ordered can be lawfully imported into their destination country.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling charges, and any other fees imposed by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping charges unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Customs authorities may delay delivery, assess charges, or require additional information before releasing a shipment. Kinshē Yoga is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Refused or Unclaimed International Orders
If an international customer refuses to pay customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges, or refuses delivery for any customs-related reason, the package may be returned to Kinshē Yoga by the carrier or customs authority.
If the package is returned to Kinshē Yoga, any refund issued will be reduced by:
- The original shipping cost, if applicable.
- Any return shipping fees charged to Kinshē Yoga by the carrier.
- Any customs charges, brokerage fees, taxes, or handling fees billed back to Kinshē Yoga.
- A $10 restocking/admin fee.
If the package is abandoned, destroyed, or otherwise not returned to Kinshē Yoga because customs charges were not paid or delivery was refused, no refund will be issued.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Kinshē Yoga is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, Kinshē Yoga may deduct any return shipping costs or re-shipping fees from the refund or require payment for re-delivery.
Lost, Delayed, or Marked Delivered Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations and timelines. Kinshē Yoga is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather events, customs processing, or other events outside its control.
If your tracking shows that a package was delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the carrier directly. If you still need help, contact Kinshē Yoga and your case will be reviewed based on the tracking details available.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Kinshē Yoga as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed. Claims for damaged items may be subject to carrier review and approval.
Returns and Shipping Questions
Kinshē Yoga’s published return policy states that returns are accepted within 30 days for unused, unaltered items in resalable condition, and customers can request return instructions by emailing kinshe@kinsheyoga.com.
