Better for your body.  Kinder to the earth:  Most “performance” yoga towels rely on microfiber and polyester to provide traction and soak up sweat. These petroleum‑based fibers might be effective, but they shed micro-plastics during washing and leach phthalates and BPA into your sweat (which absorbs through the skin). The Earthtowel is a natural fiber alternative that's gentle on your body and allows your yoga values to align with your yoga flows.  

Moisture activated traction  The more you sweat the more it grips.  In hot classes, your perspiration passes through the long strand Turkish cotton, adhering the towel to the mat. In cooler or restorative sessions, just mist the towel where your hands and feet land before you begin.
