Care & Use

Shake well and lightly mist your yoga mat or towel from a twelve-inch distance. Spritz before practice to awaken your senses, and a few sprays afterward to clean and freshen your mat before storing.

My favourite mat spray

I’ve been using this mat spray during my last few home practices, and I can honestly say the scent has helped me deepen my practice in a meaningful way. The calming earthy scents are really helping ground me and focus on the moment. Definitely a benefit for anyone who needs help feeling present during their moving meditation!

It's a scent to boost your mood and focus

It's a scent to boost your mood and focus, the smell is a secondary effect. It's not meant to be overpowering. It doesn't waft across the room, and it doesn't leave a residue or linger on the mat long after use. I got both of the sprays, but this one is my favorite!
